How to put videos on your Zune:

First, you need to make sure the Zune software is installed on your computer. If you do not have it installed, you can download it for FREE from Zune.net
Once installed, open the Zune software and connect your Zune player using the USB cable.
Hit F3 to add the folder you placed your video files into the Zune Library (first time users only).
Click on "recently added" under library on the left-hand side of your Zune software.
Look over on the right-side pane and the 3rd icon from the left will say "Sync content to and from your Zune device". Click that icon one time.
Drag items to the right-side pane from your library.
Click "Start Sync".
